He is a long standing member of the Randolph Metrocom Rotary Club and previously served as Secretary and President Elect from 2015 to 2016. He is honored to serve as President for the 2025 term. Mr. Barger also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Partners in Education Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting disadvantaged youth within the Randolph Metrocom area.

Mr. Barger and his wife, Kristyann, are also the co founders of the Lotus Child Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing hope and assistance to orphaned and disabled children in South Vietnam, particularly those affected by the long term consequences of Agent Orange. Through this foundation, they work to provide essential resources, care, and support to children in need.
