ESTATE PLANNING
Estate planning is an individualized process based on the financial circumstances and financial goals of each individual. Make sure that the plan is beneficial to those involved. The purpose of this plan should be to meet the long-term needs of your beneficiaries. As part of estate planning, individuals are able to define how their property will be distributed after death, which provides them with peace of mind. Additionally, you should periodically review and update your estate plan in order to ensure that it reflects your current circumstances and wishes.
Documents may be signed by the client in our office or at a location of his or her choice after they have been drafted. Please note that the fees below include attorney fees, notary fees, witnesses, and filing fees for documents that must be filed with the county clerk of the client's residence. For clients who are unable to attend our office, we can mail the documents to their home and arrange for witnesses and notaries to be present as well.
