Documents can be signed in our office or at a location of your choice after they have been drafted. If the signing takes place in our office, no witnesses or notary fees will be charged.

If you cannot come into our office to sign legal documents, we can email or mail them to your homes. However, two unrelated witnesses are required. Notaries are paid directly by the client.
